A1: We can ship the ink by air, by sea, or by express courier such as DHL, FedEx, UPS or TNT, according to your budget and local conditions.
 

Q2: How can I pay for my order?

A2: We accept T/T, L/C, D/P, D/A, Credit Card, PayPal, Cash and Escrow. We will issue a commercial invoice including all costs for your confirmation. Please note that import duties and customs clearance fees are borne by the buyer.

Q3: Can you print my logo on the DTF ink bottles and cartons?

A3: Yes. As a factory, we support OEM/ODM service. We can print your logo and design labels, bottles and outer cartons. Just send us your artwork or idea via email, WhatsApp or WeChat.

Q4: Can I get some samples of DTF ink?

A4: Yes, free samples are available for quality testing. Please contact us for the detailed sample policy.

Q5: Is your DTF ink compatible with my printer?

A5: Our DTF ink is designed for Epson-based DTF printers. Please tell us your printer model and the film/material you use, and our technicians will recommend the correct ink and printing parameters.

Q6: What is the quality guarantee / shelf life of the DTF ink?

A6: The typical shelf life is 12 months in an unopened bottle, stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, please keep the bottle tightly sealed and use it as soon as possible for the best printing results.

Q7: How should I use and maintain the DTF ink system?

A7: We provide online technical support, printing parameter suggestions and operation videos. Before changing to our ink, please clean the ink system and do not mix with other brands of ink. If you have any printing issues (color, adhesion, washing fastness, etc.), contact us and our engineers will help you troubleshoot step by step.
